Petite Scrubs and Short Sizes
Petites are designed for many women about 5'4" or less who should have an inseam length about 2"-3" shorter than regular sizes. Landau's Unisex 7602 SHORT drawstring scrub pant is excellent for shorter men and women. Inseam approximately 28". Petite scrubs have a shorter inseam.

Talls (Long) Sizes
Men's and Women's Tall nursing uniforms sizes are usually about 2"-3" longer than regular lengths. Many women over 5'8" and men over 6' should wear Tall's. Women can get added length by buying unisex scrubs or men's fashion pants.
Note that inseams are longer on larger sizes.
