All Orders are shipped via UPS Standard Ground to the United States only. We ship from 2 warehouses across the United States. Weekend or holiday delivery is not available.
We make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for delays caused by UPS.
Time: UPS Ground: Orders that ship UPS ground normally take 2-7 days for delivery depending on how far your location is from one of our warehouses.
Orders: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order using the actual UPS published counter rates by UPS online.
Embroidery Orders: Embroidery orders require 7 to 10 additional days before shipping.
Back Orders: No additional shipping will be charged on back orders. You pay only the original shipping charge. All backorders not shipped with the original order will be shipped at our expense.
Military APO and FPO: None, Since UPS will not deliver to APO's or FPO's we cannot deliver to these addresses.
International Orders: None. We do NOT accept orders for shipment outside the U.S.A. |
